Order Policy
Unless specified as "temporarily out of stock", most orders will ship the same or next business day. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given an approximate in stock date. If we run out of an item before we can fill your order, we will notify you and offer you 10% off of a replacement, or the opportunity to backorder the item with a 10% discount as well.

We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa.

International Orders
International orders are welcome; however, shipping charges are more. Please place your order as usual and shipping charges will be based on what you order. You will be notified via email of the total cost and will be asked for your approval. No orders will be processed until the shipping charges are approved.

All domestic orders placed before 1:00PM EST will usually ship the same day. This is not guaranteed. Please phone us if you absolutely have to have your order expedited. Orders are only shipped Monday - Thursday and never on the the weekend. An order that is placed after 1:00 PM EST on a Thursday will not ship until the following Monday. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver or pickup packages on the weekend. A UPS 2-Day Air package shipping on Thursday will not arrive until the following Monday. A UPS Next Day Air package shipping on Thursday will arrive on Friday. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and military addresses will ship through the US Postal Service at normal Postal rates. Customers outside of the United States will be contacted shortly after placing an order and given several shipping options.

NOTE: It is very important that you provide us with a valid email address. Not only do we communicate through email, but UPS will also notify you of your shipment via email.

Return Policy
It is important to us that your return/exchange be as pleasant and hassle free as possible. Please follow the guidelines below, and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call us Monday - Thursday at 888-900-1950 between the hours of 8:30AM & 5:30PM EST.

Please make sure that we receive your return within 30 days from the date on the Sales Receipt. Items received after 30 days will be returned to you and the credit card that we have on file will be charged for the return freight. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. If you are doing a refund you will be refunded the full price of the merchandise being returned. The original shipping charge is not refundable. If you are doing an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you. We recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure when returning your item to us. Please return all items in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Items must be unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped, right side out, and be bagged. Items that are not returned as stated above will be charged a 15% restock fee, or possibly returned to you at your expense. This is necessary for us to maintain quality. If you have received an item that is flawed or incorrect, please call us immediately at 888-900-1950 between the hours of 8:30AM & 5:30PM EST. For orders of $500 or more, a 20% restock fee will be charged if 50% or more of the order is returned for a refund.

Shirts that have been custom screen printed or embroidered are not able to be returned.
